INGREDIENTS:
• 4 ears corn with husks
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tablespoon sea salt
• 2 limes
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the husks and silk; reserve the husks for later. Mix the chili powder and sea salt and place
on small plate. Cut limes in half and set aside. Cook the corn over medium heat on the grill for 4-5
minutes, turning them so that they cook all over, until the corn is lightly charred in places. Remove
from heat, dip a lime in the chili mixture and squeeze and spread it all over the corn to coat evenly.
Repeat with the remaining corn, lime and chili mixture. Place the corn on the reserved husk and
eat immediately.
