INGREDIENTS:
• 4 bags spinach (can substitute kale)
• Olive oil cooking spray
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 10 ounces reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS:
Rinse spinach and remove hard stems. Spray skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Over medium heat,
add spinach to skillet. As the spinach wilts, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and cumin powder. Cook
until tender. Add crumbled feta cheese on top before serving.
