DRINK WATER
Want more energy, glowing skin and a lower appetite? Drink more water. One study
found that people who drank about seven cups of water a day ate nearly 200 fewer
daily calories compared to those who gulped less than one glass. So stay hydrated!
It’s easy:
• Love your water bottle. Go shopping for your perfect water bottle. Then keep if
filled and with you whenever possible!
• Flavor your water. Add wedges of orange, lemon, lime or cucumber. Or pick up
some zero-calorie water flavors at the grocery.
• Use a straw. You’ll drink more, faster!
