INGREDIENTS:
• 1 pound 97% fat-free ground turkey
• ¼-cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes-
No Salt Added (or similar)
• ¼-cup shredded parmesan cheese
• ¼-teaspoon black pepper
• ¼-teaspoon Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb
• 4 Sara Lee 100 Calorie Sandwich Thins (or similar)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat grill. Drain and squeeze excess juice from the diced tomatoes. Combine ground turkey, cheese,
diced tomatoes and seasonings in a large bowl. Form 4 patties and grill for about 8 minutes. Serve
burgers on Sandwich Thins.
