and no dairy. Combines readily available fruits and
vegetables for a unique flavor.”

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup small mango cubes
• 6 frozen large strawberries
(approximately 2 cups)
• 1 ounce sweet mini pepper
• 3 tablespoons Splenda (or similar sugar substitute)
• 1 cup lemonade
INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove the pit from the mango and cut the 2 halves in small cubes to make 1 cup. Cut mini pepper in
half, remove seeds. Combine mango cubes, strawberries, lemonade, mini pepper and Splenda in a
blender. Blend on pulse until smooth. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or mango sliver. Serve immediately.
