You’ll never buy salsa in a jar again! This south-
western salsa takes just minutes to make and is
full of cancer-fighting chemicals found in chipotle
peppers and tomatoes—with no preservatives.

INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
• 1 cup diced onion
• ½-cup cilantro
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1-2 chipotle peppers (canned chipotle peppers in adobo)
• 2 teaspoons adobo sauce (from the can of chipotle peppers in adobo)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Dice up tomato, onion and cilantro, then toss into the blender. Add fresh lime juice, salt, chipotle
peppers and adobo sauce. Pulse blender to desired consistency. This salsa can be eaten with tortilla
chips or pita points, in scrambled eggs or omelets or used as a marinade.
