The perfect popsicle! These frozen treats are
packed with potassium, which is essential to
good nerve and muscle function.

INGREDIENTS:
• 4 large bananas
• 5 tablespoons almond milk
• ¼-cup creamy peanut butter
• 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
• 2/3-cup coconut, chopped nuts or shredded chocolate as topping
• 8 wooden pop sticks
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut each banana in half. Push a wooden stick into end of banana half. In small bowl, mix milk, peanut
butter and syrup until smooth. Pour onto plate. Spoon mixture over top of banana, cover all side and
let the excess drip off. Smooth on toppings (coconut, chopped nuts, shredded chocolate) and lay
coated banana on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and freeze the bananas until firm—about 4
hours. Put in a zip lock container and keep in the freezer for up to two months. Yummy Yummy!!!
