• ½-cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
• ½-cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
• ½ ripe banana, peeled
• ¼-cup packed baby spinach
• ¼-cup chopped kale, stems removed
• ½-cup coconut water
• ¼-cup almond milk
• 1 handful ice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place all ingredients in blender, in the order listed, starting with pineapple. Blend. Serve. Enjoy.
