Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mash the ba-
nanas to nearly liquefied. Combine all ingredi-
ents in a bowl, mix it up wicked good. Spread
out on a cookie sheet evenly. Chuck it into the
oven — set a timer for 10 minutes. Every ten
minutes, take it out, and flip it in sections with
a spatula, basically scraping the surface of the
cookie sheet while you turn it over. Do this two
maybe three more times, reducing the time be-
tween turning it by a couple of minutes each
time. When the mixture is dry and no longer
“sticky” on the cookie sheet you're done. It’ll
have a wicked good brown toasty color and the
whole house is gonna smell good. Let it cool.
Eat some in a bowl with some milk. Add some
M&M’s and maybe some raisins and chuck it in
a sandwich bag to take absolutely anywhere.
Eat by the handful on the fly. Put some on top
of a bowl of ice cream. You can put this granola
into smaller jars and decorate ‘em wicked good
and give as gifts.
