EAT LOTS OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
Try to eat produce with every meal-- include a serving of fruit in each breakfast
and snack, and two servings of veggies in every lunch and dinner.
It’s easy:
• Load your lunch sandwich with extra lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and pep-
pers.
• Keep dried fruit in your car as a snack for you and the kids.
• Drink that V-8! Six ounces of tomato or vegetable juice count as a serving of
veggies.
