• 2 slices quality bread (for example, whole wheat, multi-grain)
• 3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
• 2 tablespoons fruit spread
• 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
INSTRUCTIONS:
Spread organic peanut butter on one bread slice and spread the fruit spread on the other. Before you
put them together, sprinkle both sides with powdered flax seed. You won't taste the flax seed, but
