INGREDIENTS:
• 4 chicken strips
• 1 cup lite mayonnaise
• 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 bag romaine lettuce
• 1 package blueberries
• 1 bag whole wheat wraps
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut chicken strips into small cubes and cook on medium-high heat with one tablespoon of extra
virgin olive oil until cooked all the way through. Take off heat and allow to cool for 3 minutes. In a large
bowl, add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and blueberries. Mix in the chicken, add the salt and pepper
to taste and put in refrigerator for 10 minutes. When cooled, take the whole wheat wraps and romaine
lettuce out. Take one whole leaf of lettuce and place on wrap and fill inside of leaf with the chicken
and yogurt mix. Roll wrap and enjoy!
