INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 banana, cut up and frozen
• 1 apple, cored and unpeeled
• 1 lemon, peeled
• 1 orange, peeled
• ½ of 1 cucumber, unpeeled
• 1 cup Greek yogurt
• ½-cup almond milk
• ½-cup unfiltered apple juice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place 2 cups of washed spinach into blender, add cut up frozen banana, apple, lemon, orange,
cucumber, Greek yogurt, almond milk and unfiltered apple juice. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
