SPANiSH MEDiTERRANEAN FUSED PASTA
This recipe offers high protein and plenty of fats
that are good for the body. To top it off, it's flavorful
and will leave you feeling full so there won't be any
snacking after the meal!

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 box tri-color rotini
• 1-½ pounds chicken breast
• 1 can black olives
• 1 red onion, chopped
• 1 avocado, chopped
• Half of a container of cherry tomatoes, halved
• ½-cup feta cheese
• 4 tablespoons fat-free Italian dressing
• ¼-cup cilantro, chopped
• Half of a lime
• Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Season chicken with salt and pepper to taste and grill until cooked. Let it cool then chop it into
chunks. Cook box of pasta until al dente then let cool down. Add black olives, red onion, tomatoes,
feta cheese, avocado, Italian dressing and chicken and mix together. Season with lime juice
and cilantro.
