INGREDIENTS:
• 3 cups kale
• 1 cup vegetable stock
• ½-cup chickpeas
• One half of a large white onion, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1 pinch sea salt
• ½-teaspoon olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Break the sliced onion apart. Sauté the onion, garlic and a pinch of salt over medium high heat
until semi-translucent. Add the vegetable stock, kale and chickpeas. Cover and simmer until the
kale is tender.
