slaw! This healthy slaw will be a tasty, crunchy
addition to your next barbecue!

INGREDIENTS:
• 10 ounces slaw mix
• 1 red bell pepper, cubed
• 1 green bell pepper, cubed
• 1 orange bell pepper, cubed
• 1 purple bell pepper, cubed
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1/3-cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1/3-cup white wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Stevia
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut peppers into small cubes add to slaw mix in bowl. Add olive oil, vinegar, tomatoes and dry
ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate at least two hours and serve chilled.
