INGREDIENTS:
• 3 avocados, pitted and cut into bite-size pieces
• 4 green onions, cut into bite-size pieces
• 3-4 tomatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 cucumber, cut into bite-size pieces
• 1 can olives
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
• 1 dash salt
• 1 dash pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the avocado, green onion, tomato, cucumber and olives in a large salad bowl. Toss in olive oil, bal-
samic vinegar, salt and pepper until it is well mixed. Add other ingredients to make it your own if you like
and serve with any meal.
