INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup almond milk
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds
• 1 small apple
• 1½ tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• ½-teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pinch sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and mix well; cover and place in fridge overnight. In the
morning, stir and enjoy. You can eat your oats hot or cold. They will keep for 2 or 3 days.
