INGREDIENTS:
• 16 ounces Jenni O Lean Ground Turkey 93/7
• 1 cup reduced-sodium pinto beans
• 1 cup no-salt added kidney beans
• ½-cup onion, chopped
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon chili powder
• ¼-teaspoon Mrs. Dash Extra Spicy
Seasoning Blend-Salt Free
• 1-½ cups no salt added diced tomatoes (tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano are best!)
• ½-cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large pot, sauté onions in oil until soft. Add turkey to onions and brown. Add pinto beans, kidney
beans, diced tomatoes, water, chili powder and Mrs. Dash. Bring to a boil and simmer for at least
one hour.
