INGREDIENTS:
• 6 cups carrots, sliced
• ½-cup onion, chopped
• ½-cup green pepper, chopped
• 1 can condensed tomato soup
• 2/3-cup white sugar
• ¾-cup distilled vinegar
• ½-cup canola or olive oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/8-teaspoon pepper
• ½-teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut carrots into ¼-inch slices. Steam or cook carrots until desired tenderness (don't overcook). Drain
and cool. Add chopped onions and peppers. Mix other ingredients and pour over vegetables. Cover
and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Enjoy!
